Interim financial review

Inventory observation

Attendance at physical counts with test counts, cut-off checks, and a short observation memo.
What moves an estimate
- Number of legal entities and consolidation complexity
- Inventory locations, SKU volume, and whether perpetual records are reliable
- First-year audit (opening balance procedures) versus recurring engagement
- Related-party volume and unusual revenue arrangements
- Language of working papers and whether bilingual board reporting is needed
- How complete the trial balance and reconciliations are on day one of fieldwork
What we do not do with fees
We do not offer monthly software-style subscriptions, automatic tier upgrades, or contingency fees tied to a clean opinion. Deposits secure calendar time for peak season; the balance is invoiced at report issuance or by agreed interim billings.
